Qualifications

  • Support teams in applying Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools like PDCA
  • Conduct Gemba observations and track improvement actions
  • Ensure compliance with ABS standards and assist with Lean assessments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate Daily Management System (DMS) routines and support performance monitoring across departments.
  • Coordinate and support Kaizen initiatives, ensuring effective implementation and sustainment of improvement actions.
  • Support teams and frontline leaders in applying Lean methodologies and structured problem-solving tools (PDCA, Root Cause Analysis, etc.).
  • Conduct Gemba observations, track improvement actions, and support compliance with ABS (APMT Business system) standards and Lean assessments.
