Job Title:
Continuous Improvement Leader

Reporting To:
Manager, A&T (ECD)

Work Schedule:
Hybrid - Chatsworth, CA
Overview:

The Continuous Improvement Leader is responsible in influencing the development and implementation of consistent Lean business practices across the site (mainly Operations driven) to drive increased growth, and operational excellence. Continuous Improvement Tasks will also be assigned by the Senior leadership Team. This position reports to the A&T Lab Manager, to lead the implementation of the company's Lean methodologies to improve communication and strengthen collaboration among team members. Activities will include deploying processes to reduce queue time, TAKT time, and unplanned down time. Additional responsibilities include implementation and/or participating in the development, execution, and maintenance of the transformation plans (preferably through Automation).

Responsibilities:

The incumbent shall be responsible for Software development in areas of:
  • Assessing Productivity Needs within Operations
  • ATE Automation to expedite production throughputs
  • Process Control Improvements through Software Development and/or Automation
  • Utilizing MS Apps to Improve Team Communication
  • Data Analysis (within the Operations environment)
  • 100% site adoption of AI tools to reduce time and cost to complete priority workflows while improving quality
  • Use AI to enable data-driven decisions and maximize employee's contributions
  • Deploy AI for increased levels of automation within processes


Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (BA, BS) in Computer Science (Ideal), Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Business or similar field
  • Master's degree preferred
  • Great utilization of Microsoft Office Applications
  • Solid experience in Software Development is required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to effectively interact with individuals from a wide range of backgrounds
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, able to work well under pressure, manage and prioritize multiple initiatives concurrently, attend to details, and meet deadlines
  • Aptitude and desire to gain understanding of situations, processes, and procedures in an effort to improve them


Salary Range Transparency:
Chatsworth, CA $80,000.00-$90,000.00 Annually
