Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business Management, or related technical field.
• 5-8+ years of experience in process improvement or operations optimization, ideally in Life Sciences or related sectors.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification with preference for Black Belt certification; must achieve Black Belt within 12 months.
• Demonstrated history of leading compliant, validated projects with measurable impact.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization tools.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of existing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
• Lead cross-functional continuous improvement projects utilizing Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen methodologies.
• Develop and maintain process maps, value stream maps, and SOPs for process clarity.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scopes, objectives, timelines, and metrics.
• Utilize data analysis tools to measure performance, identify trends, and validate improvements.
• Implement process changes that result in cost reduction, quality improvement, and cycle time efficiency.
• Provide training and coaching on continuous improvement tools and best practices.
