Full Job Description
Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and follow-up of Kaizen events, ensuring measurable improvements and clear communication of results across the site.
  • Drive site-wide continuous improvement initiatives, aligning efforts with broader operational excellence and business objectives.
  • Train and coach teams on Lean principles, tools, and sustainability practices to build internal capability and long-term impact.
  • Partner cross-functionally to identify inefficiencies and implement practical, value-driven solutions in manufacturing and operations.
  • Mentor and develop Continuous Improvement team members and site champions to strengthen a high-performance improvement culture.
  • Actively participate in and contribute to a broader Continuous Improvement/SME network, sharing best practices and advancing strategic initiatives.
  • Lead by example by fostering a proactive, accountable, and growth-focused culture aligned with company values.
