Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, or process improvement roles.
• 3-5 years of experience leading projects or teams in a manufacturing or operations environment.
• Demonstrated success driving measurable improvements in productivity, quality, cost, safety, or lead time.
• Strong knowledge of Lean tools and methodologies such as Kaizen, Value Stream Mapping, and Root Cause Analysis.
• Experience influencing stakeholders in cross-functional or matrix organizations.
• Hands-on leadership style with strong coaching and change management skills.

Responsibilities
