What You'll Do

This is a path to senior leadership, with progress driven by the impact of your work-not a fixed timeline. This is a fully on-site opportunity, and members of management are expected to work with their teams in-person 5 days a week. 1. Customer Service, Fulfillment & Automation
Atlanta - GA, Chicago - IL, Cleveland - OH, Fort Worth - TX, Los Angeles - CA, Princeton - NJ

Drive operational excellence, remove friction for customers, and scale our distribution capabilities. Examples of work you might own include:
  • Apply AI to transform how we work - Use large language models to automate tasks, improve customer support, and uncover insights from feedback.
  • Remove ordering friction - Identify and eliminate barriers in the order-to-payment process.
  • Drive automation in distribution - Design and implement automation to improve speed, accuracy, and scalability.
  • Lead cross-functional teams - Collaborate across tech, service, and distribution to deliver lasting improvements.
  • Spot and solve operational pain points - Identify recurring issues and address them at the root to improve both customer experience and efficiency.

2. Products & Publishing
Chicago - IL only

Lead initiatives that shape our product offering, strengthen our supplier base, and enhance the way customers discover and understand our products. Examples of work you might own include:
  • Own a product line - Make decisions that directly shape what we sell and how we present it, improving customer outcomes and driving growth.
  • Accelerate great writing with AI - Build and refine AI-powered tools that help our copywriters create clear, engaging content at scale.
  • Strengthen our supplier base - Evaluate and enhance supplier relationships to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable delivery.
  • Launch new website features - Partner with tech teams to improve navigation, search, and overall site experience.
  • Lead teams that explain complex concepts - Oversee research and creative teams that make industrial concepts easy for customers to understand.

Cash Compensation
  • Total cash compensation is generally around $230,000 to $320,000 and includes a profit sharing based on company profitability.
  • You will also receive a relocation stipend and signing bonus.
