The Services Pricing Transformation Leader will develop and execute value-added pricing strategies for our Services business segments, driving growth and informing pricing decisions across offering portfolios. This critical leadership role determines strategic direction, allocates investments, and interprets market indicators for significant product categories. The leader will collaborate with sales, office/field teams, product management, and pricing organizations to deliver profitable growth.
Key Responsibilities- Set the price realization strategy for the Services business, prioritizing investments and pricing decisions to grow all offerings.
- Incorporate trade-offs across new offers, existing product lines, opportunity closure rates, and other key measures.
- Lead a team of professionals creating business insights, analytic models, and reporting to advance service strategy and enable field execution.
- Develop and maintain a strong network with field Regional leadership teams to drive adoption, corrective actions, and programmatic priorities.
- Advance price analytics and reporting platforms, executing value-based pricing strategic priorities.
- Build a strategy to stay close to field and product management to understand unmet needs and influence program components and product/services development.
- Ensure customers' needs are met through the entire value stream.
- Fully responsible for meeting or exceeding Trane's Services pricing targets, maintaining or growing market share, and expanding service profitability.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or related field.
- Advanced degree (MBA or relevant) preferred.
Experience- Minimum 10 years of experience in pricing, strategy, product management, or related roles, preferably in services or HVAC industries.
- Proven experience leading transformation initiatives and cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated history of delivering measurable growth and profitability improvements.
