Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree
• 5-7 years of veterinary clinical experience
• Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities
• Strong understanding of veterinary medical standards and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Ensure high-quality veterinary care for all patients
• Collaborate with VP of Operations on budgets and staffing
• Supervise medical procedures and client interactions
• Create and maintain the Clinic Doctor Schedule
• Mentor Associate Veterinarians with coaching and feedback
• Lead daily rounds and monthly staff meetings to enhance culture
• Partner with Hospital Operations Manager for client experience
• Participate in recruiting top veterinary talent
• Represent GoodVets positively within the community
• Promote GoodVets values among staff and clients
