Job Summary

We're seeking a versatile UX/Graphic Designer to join our team and drive the design of exceptional digital experiences. This role combines strategic UX thinking with strong visual design execution, creating both the structural foundation and polished aesthetic of our websites and applications. You'll also contribute to marketing initiatives, making this an exciting opportunity for a designer who thrives on variety and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

UX Design & Strategy (Primary Focus)

• Design intuitive user flows, wireframes, and prototypes for web and mobile applications
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create detailed interaction specifications and design systems
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to translate requirements into user-centered designs
• Iterate on designs based on user feedback and analytics data

Visual Design & Brand Execution

• Transform wireframes and concepts into polished, professional visual designs
• Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all digital touchpoints
• Create high-fidelity mockups and style guides
• Design icons, graphics, and other visual elements that enhance user experience

Marketing Design Support

• Design digital marketing assets including web graphics, social media content, and email templates
• Create landing pages that convert and align with campaign objectives
• Support brand initiatives with creative visual solutions

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing both process and outcomes
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite)
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Strong visual design skills with attention to typography, color, and layout
• Knowledge of responsive design and web accessibility standards
• Ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities
• Adaptable and comfortable working on diverse projects
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Passionate about creating meaningful user experiences

Additional Pluses, but not requirements:

• Experience with HTML/CSS basics for better developer collaboration
• Background in marketing design or campaign creation
• Familiarity with design systems and component libraries
• Experience with user research and testing methodologies
• Understanding of conversion optimization principles
