As aLead Urgent Care RN, you will execute daily workflows, deliver high-quality clinical outcomes, and provide exemplary patient care.It is expected that the daily work of the Lead Urgent Care RN will encompass both lead and direct patient care responsibilities.
Hiring rangegenerallybetween$46.10-$53.70/hour,and placement in the rangedepends on an evaluation ofexperience
Location:Battle Ground (2005 W. Main Street - Battle Ground, WA 98604)
Schedule:Monday through Friday, 7:00a-4:00p
Responsibilities include:
Using assessment skills to triage patients according to protocol
Ability to perform clinical skills such as IV, urinary catheters, ear lavage, EKG, sterile set up, injections, immunizations, point-of-care testing, swabbing, and phlebotomy.
Reassign staff to meet the needs of the day and coordinate cross-site, as necessary.
Must work independently and as a team member and be able to wear a mask all day, including an N95 in cases where protocol directs.
Act as the first level, go to person for the providers and staffregardingtroubleshooting issues. Act as a mentor, role model, and resource for co-workers.
Assistmanager with provider schedules, coordinating vacation requests and sick calls to ensureappropriate clinicalcoverage.Assistmanager with review oftimecards.
Monitor and process Telephone and MyChart encounters to meet Clinic timelines.
Maintain efficient levels ofmedications,medicaland office supplies.
Facilitate the orientation and training of new and on-call staff.
Train, communicate, andmonitorany new processes to the department/unit.
Requirements:
Active, unencumbered Washington or Multi-State RN licenserequired.
Active unencumbered Oregon RN license within60 daysof hire or transferrequired.
Health Care Provider BLS CPR certificationrequired.
Ability to successfully become a core-trainer and super user of EHR.
Superior communication skills and interpersonal skills set.

Pay Range:
