Reporting to the Senior Lead - Technical Representatives on the Brand Experience team, you will empower a team of Representatives to deliver best-in-class service to key wholesale partners while fostering deep brand affinity within their communities. You will balance high-level project ownership with frontline coaching, ensuring On's premium positioning is reflected in every training, trial opportunity, and retail interaction.
Your Mission- Lead and scale a regional team of Technical Representatives, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, and the continuous development of team members to achieve high-performance outcomes
- Coach individual Representatives to enhance their technical expertise, relationship-building skills, and long-term career growth within the Brand Experience function
- Drive the execution of premium dealer training experiences, such as Oniversity and Key Account Summits, ensuring consistency and brand excellence across all regional activations
- Act as a strategic liaison for key national accounts, to provide specialized education and integrated marketing support
- Develop and leverage analytical tools within Salesforce, ThirdChannel, and Asana to track team performance, identify pipeline risks, and make data-informed strategic recommendations
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Trade, and Operations teams to align grassroots efforts with broader seasonal campaigns and commercial goals
- Innovate new ways to engage retailers and consumers, challenging the status quo of traditional tech rep programs to deliver surprise and delight moments
- Manage complex regional projects and budgets, ensuring resources are optimized to maximize product trial opportunities and community engagement
Your Story- You bring 6+ years of experience in technical representation, field marketing, retail management, or sales roles within a premium performance-oriented global brand or retailer
- A track record of building and maintaining influential relationships within the run specialty or outdoor retail industries across a diverse regional footprint
- Proficiency in leveraging CRM and project management tools such as Salesforce, Asana, or ThirdChannel to optimize workflow and track team productivity
- Demonstrated expertise in event production and experiential marketing with the ability to translate complex human physiology and product technology into engaging narratives
- Advanced communication and presentation skills, with the ability to capture and inspire diverse audiences ranging from store associates to executive buyers
- You possess a valid driver's license and are willing to undergo a Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) check as part of the pre-employment process
- Willingness to travel up to 60% of the time; travel percentage will fluctuate based on business needs
