This roleis responsible formanaging the end-to-end lifecycle ofMDMprojectsand solutions,ensuring alignment with business goals, technical feasibility, and user experience excellence.

This individual will collaborate across IT, business units, and external partners to evaluate, pilot, and implementMaster Datasolutions. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong execution skills, capable of navigating ambiguity,and leading cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.This candidate must have a passion for improving how information is managed andutilizedacross Shaw Industries to provide support and positive results for our business partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership & Execution

    • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery ofMDMprojects using agile and hybrid methodologies.

    • Define project scope, goals, success metrics, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.

    • Manage project risks, dependencies, and change control processes to ensuretimelyand high-quality outcomes.

    • Manage multiple complex projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities and dependencies.

  • Technology Strategy & Innovation

    • Partner with IT leadership toidentifyand evaluateMDM technologies and enhancementsthat align with business priorities.

    • Translate technical trends into actionable project opportunities and roadmaps.

    • Conduct feasibility assessments, proof-of-concepts, and pilot programs tovalidatenew solutions.

    • Oversee solution architecture and design in partnership with technical leads, ensuring alignment with enterprise data standards.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

    • Serve as the primary liaison between technical teams, business stakeholders, and external vendors.

    • Facilitate clear communication across all levels of the organization, ensuring alignment and transparency.

    • Lead stakeholder meetings, status updates, and executive briefings.

    • Coordinate with external partners and consultants to define requirements, resolve issues, and manage third-party deliverables.

  • Operational Excellence

    • Develop andmaintaindocumentation, including charters, schedules, budgets,renewals,and post-implementation reviewsfor both new projects and existing solutions.

    • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.

    • Support change management and training efforts to ensure successful adoption ofnew technologies.

    • Direct theday to daywork of systems analysts(1)

    • Oversee data migration and implementation of data models, ensuring high-quality,accuratemaster data.

    • Integrate MDM with other systems to ensure smooth andaccuratedata flow across platforms.

    • Lead the implementation of MDM solutions, ensuring successful deployment of MDM processes.

    • Ensure application support with on call availability, troubleshooting problems, and system admin responsibilities.

    • As lead, provide guidance to project managers, analysts, and developers supporting MDM initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in technical project management, or product management, preferably in IT or digital transformation environments.

  • Strong understanding ofMDMtechnologies/solutionssuch asMSS, TTR, EBX, cloud platforms, and data analytics.

  • Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to use data to inform decisions.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous learning.

  • Bachelor9s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (Master9spreferred).

Preferred

  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, ServiceNow) and agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban).
