Minimum qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program management.
- Experience in security, organizational effectiveness, cloud platform (e.g., Google cloud platform), portfolio management, executive communication, and presentation design.
Preferred qualifications: - 10 years of experience managing complex cross-functional or cross-team projects.

Responsibilities - Manage communications and program reviews especially with engineering leaders and other key stakeholders.
- Provide regular reporting to keep leaders informed on the portfolio progress.
- Engage in changes to the portfolio and escalations.
- Leverage local expertise to drive operational excellence and long-term goals across the broader CISO organization.
- Partner with leadership and other TPMs to identify, standardize, and scale cross-functional best practices.
