Job Description Summary
This role supports the development, governance, and scaled deployment of the Finance Workbench product across enterprise use cases. The Workbench isan AI agent-enabled tooldesigned to enable Financial Analysts to conduct deep analysis and to design, build, schedule, and share automated workflows across the Finance enterprise.
This position provides dedicated ownership of the long-term product roadmap, including defining product standards, managing requirements, and coordinating execution across business, design, and technology teams. The role ensures consistency in how Workbench solutions are designed, evaluated, and delivered while establishing clear frameworks for quality, completeness, adoption, and long-term platform sustainability.
Overall Purpose
Define and drive the long-term technical product vision, roadmap, governance, and execution for the Finance Workbench product. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with enterprise needs, customer requirements, market and technology trends, and business objectives. Deliver scalable, high-quality, customer-centric software solutions that support Finance transformation and enable consistent adoption across the enterprise.
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Typical responsibilities may include, but are not limited to, the following:
Technical Product Vision and Strategy:Support development, maintenance, and communication ofthe long-term product vision and strategy for the Finance Workbench by evaluating customer needs, enterprise priorities, market trends, technology capabilities, and the competitive landscape.
Roadmap Planning and Stakeholder Collaboration:Support defining and prioritizingthe product roadmap in partnership with cross-functional teams, including Finance businessstakeholders; architecture, UX, and technology developers;and product managers.
Product Governance and Standards:Establish and maintain product standards, governance processes, and evaluation frameworks to ensure Workbench solutions are designed, built, and delivered consistently across enterprise use cases.
Product Development and Requirements Management:Guide product development by defining software requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and feature priorities. Support trade-off discussions and negotiations to balance business value, technical feasibility, quality, and delivery timelines.
Scaled Deployment and Adoption:Support the structured scaling of the Finance Workbench product by enabling repeatable delivery practices, promoting adoption, and ensuring solutions are complete, sustainable, and aligned with enterprise objectives.
Customer-Centric Product Management:Serve as the voice of the customer by monitoring product performance, gathering feedback, identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring the product delivers a high-quality user experience.
Sprint Planning and Subject Matter Expertise:Participate in sprint planning, backlog refinement, and feature definition. Act as a subject matter expert for the Finance Workbench product and support teams across the organization in understanding product capabilities, standards, and roadmap priorities.

Education and Experience:
Bachelor27s degree, preferably in Computer Science, Finance, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. 5+ years of related experience. Experience in technical product management, financial systems, workflow automation, analytics platforms, or enterprise software delivery is preferred. Certification may be required in some areas.
