Torch Technologies is currently seeking an experienced
Lead Systems Engineer/Analyst to support the Tactical Missile Systems team on Redstone Arsenal.
Job Duties:
- Manage team and project schedules, resources, and contract hours and funding.
- Support and execute modeling and simulation integration efforts, contribute to analysis tool development, pre- and post-flight data generation, and algorithm testing and analysis.
- Some travel may be required in support of flight tests.
Job Requirements:- US Citizenship.
- B.S. Degree in Engineering or related technical discipline.
- 10+ years of experience with software development, modeling and simulation, and/or data analysis, with 5+ years of experience leading technical teams and efforts.
- Active Secret security clearance.
- Experience with MATLAB, C++, Python, Fortran, or other programming languages.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to effectively interact with employees, customers, management, and peers.
- Strong understanding of software integration, modeling and simulation, and verification and validation (V&V) processes.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary teams comprised of government and sub-contractors.
- Experience developing and presenting briefings, presentations, and written reports to senior military and government civilian personnel.
Preferred Requirements:- Experience with containerization software (e.g., singularity).
- Strong understanding of software model integration and simulation frameworks.
- Experience working with advanced math and physics concepts.
