Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and document complex technical solutions based on business requirements.

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, QA, and project managers.
  • Support the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including planning, testing, implementation, and production support.
  • Identify risks, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.
