Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist, Oracle Technical to join our Managed Services practice.

Responsibilities:
  • Accountable for supporting a variety of post-production clients including enhancement and optimization initiatives, break/fix support, release management, new feature deployments, and process improvement
  • Manage onshore/offshore team that provides level 2/3 support including break/fix, enhancements, reports, upgrades, and oversee investigation and diagnosis of all incidents to identify problems and escalate unresolved incidents
  • Deliver weekly and monthly status and performance reports, and develop and distribute operational performance analytics and insights to stakeholders with Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Manage the day-to-day activities of cloud-based enterprise applications including process design, package implementation lifecycle support, project reviews, and client delivery through timely and accurate reporting
  • Assess client requirements and build product-specific functional specifications, lead the design, build, test, and delivery of cloud platform solutions, and ensure SLA and KPI adherence
  • Collaborate with cross-functional and offshore teams, gather requirements via KPMG templates, configure, test, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), perform migrations, conduct release testing, and support interface and integration testing while utilizing ServiceNow for ticketing and documentation
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience in Oracle post-production support; managerial experience is highly preferred
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university is required
  • Knowledge and experience supporting Oracle HCM or Financials applications with strong functional and technical understanding of standard processes and configurations across cloud applications
  • Strong attention to detail with high level of accuracy and strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas effectively
  • Ability to work closely with mixed teams including project managers, technical consultants (onshore and offshore), and clients to deploy and operate technology solutions, identify issues, and execute multi-step resolution approaches
  • Understanding of ITIL framework, ITSM, service desk management, and experience creating or modifying OIC, OTBI, BIP Reports, SQL, FBDI, AFDI, and Fast Formulas
  • Willingness to travel as required
