Full Job Description
KPMG is currently seeking a Lead Specialist level I, Business Product Management to join our Digital Nexus organization.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist with end-to-end functional support of our application portfolio and ensure all our solutions meet governance, security, privacy, and regulatory expectations
  • Contribute to the design, configuration, and implementation of enterprise learning technology, participating in architecture, data flow, business process, and implementation decisions
  • Manage and deliver multiple concurrent, small-size projects from end to end with minimal supervision; ensure all initiatives are delivered on time and strictly within the defined scope
  • Configure and provide ongoing support for enterprise learning management technologies
  • Collaborate and manage deliverables with HR business partners, subject matter experts, and external vendors to align L&D strategies with business objectives
  • Provide end-to-end accountability for reporting, including demand intake, solution delivery, asset maintenance, and operational administration of refresh schedules, subscriptions, and distribution mechanisms
  • Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold KPMG's respectful and courteous work environment

Qualifications:
  • Minimum five years of recent experience delivering enterprise HR, learning, or talent technology initiatives with significant hands-on responsibility
  • Master's degree from an accredited college or university required preferred (HR, IT, Data/Analytics, or related field); Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required; Certifications in the industry leading Learning technologies strongly preferred
  • Strong hands-on experience with enterprise learning platforms, with Cornerstone strongly preferred; Workday Learning or SAP SuccessFactors Learning a plus; Hands-on experience configuring, and supporting enterprise learning technologies (for example, Cornerstone, Saba)
  • Project management experience delivering end-to-end initiatives with minimal supervision, on time and within scope; able to manage multiple concurrent, small-size projects
  • Strong trouble-shooting and organizational skills and ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; ability to participate in resource planning processes based on defined organizational plans
  • Exhibits strategic thinking and works independently; excellent verbal/written communication skills, with ability to effectively interact with and present to senior level stakeholders; must be able to prioritize, delegate and foster the development of high-performance teams to lead/support an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
