About the Role

Sprinklr is seeking aSolutionsConsultant to partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams in driving strategic engagements with enterprise clients. This role is ideal for a consultative, outcome-driven professional with deepexpertisein marketing technology, customer experience, and digital transformation.

As aSolutions Consultantat Sprinklr, you will be a trusted advisor to our clients, helping themcreateand implement solutions that leverage Sprinklrs Unified-CXM platform to deliver measurable business outcomes across marketing, social, and customerexperience functions.

At Sprinklr, Solution Consultants have the technical knowledge and business consulting acumen to uncover a customers current and future stateneedsand their goals to best position Sprinklrs platform. They speak from a position of confidence and credibility with their product and industry knowledge and can provide insights and build rapport easily while being a trusted advisor.

WhatYoullDo

  • Act as a key member of the account team for your territory, working directly with prospects and customers during sales cyclesas a trusted advisorto build confidence and excitement around Sprinklrs suite of products and integrations with customer systems

  • Lead discovery sessions to understand client goals, challenges, and desired outcomes across marketing, social media, customercareand CX.

  • Understand potential business opportunities at customer prospects. This includes researching and understanding prospects' go-to-market strategies andidentifyingpotential solution hypotheses and value drivers ofcustomerexperience programs at the prospects organization.

  • Design and presenttailoredsolutions using Sprinklrs platform,showcasinghow our technology drives value across the marketing tech stack.

  • Facilitate workshops, whiteboarding sessions, and proof-of-concept engagements todemonstratesolution fit and strategic impact.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing) to deliver compelling demos, create solutionarchitecturesand align to positive business outcomesand go-to-market strategy.

  • Translate complex platform capabilities into business value for executive and practitioner audiences.

  • Stay current on industry trends in mar-tech, social media,contact center,and customer experience to inform solution strategy and client conversations.

  • Work collaboratively with your peers and seek opportunities to growthrough mentorship and peer learningacross the global presales team.

Who You Are

  • Experienced Solutions Consultant/Sales Engineerwith experience inaroleat a SaaS company working with Enterprise clients

  • A strategic thinker with experience in marketing technology, customer experience, or digital transformation consulting.

  • Experience guiding prospects and customers through structured problem solving and value realization frameworksandhelping clients innovate and transform their customer experiences.

  • Familiar with platforms such as CRM, Marketing Automation, Social MediaManagement,Business IntelligenceandCCaaS, as well as integrations between systems.

  • Comfortable engaging with stakeholders from C-suite to practitioner, with strong storytelling and presentation skills.

  • Thought leader witha track recordof publishing, speaking, or contributing to industry conversations.

  • Open to feedback and committed to continuous learning

  • Demonstrates empathy and builds trust quickly

  • Willingness for up to 40% travel,largely withinthe US

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+years experiencein a solutions consulting/sales engineering role

  • Experience with Sprinklr or similar Unified-CXMplatformsaplus

  • Understanding of AI and automation as applied to marketing and CX use cases.

  • Familiarity with data integration, API connectivity, and scalable solution design inmar-techenvironments.

  • Excellent business and technical presentation skills (remote and in-person), communication (oral & written), and relationship building skills, across all levels of management

  • Proficient technical aptitude includingat a conceptual and practitioner level,and ability to become a subject matter expert withnew technologyapplications

JOB REQ COMPENSATION RANGE

$134,000 - $223,000

The base salary range for this role is shown above. At Sprinklr, base pay depends on multiple individualized factors, including experience, qualifications, job-related knowledge and skills, and geographic location. Base pay is only one part of our competitive Total Rewards package: the successful candidate may also be eligible to participate in Sprinklrs discretionary bonus plan, commission plan, and/or equity plan, depending on role.
