YOUR IMPACTAs a Solution Architect within our Business Value Consulting team, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering strategic cloud and information management solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to both customers and internal stakeholders, driving alignment between business objectives and technology strategy while supporting complex, high-value sales engagements.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS- Partner with sales teams to support the full sales cycle, from discovery and qualification through to deal close
- Act as a trusted advisor to customers, aligning IT strategy with business goals through cloud, security, and architecture workshops
- Collaborate with enterprise architects and key stakeholders to design scalable, secure, and adaptable solutions
- Drive alignment across internal teams to ensure successful solution positioning and execution
- Support development of migration strategies and ensure seamless handoff to Professional Services and Cloud teams
- Contribute to thought leadership through participation in industry events and conferences
- Stay current on cloud, AI, and information management trends to influence solution strategy and innovation
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED- 5+ years of experience in consultative or complex technical sales environments
- Experience supporting cloud transformation initiatives, including migration from on-premise to cloud
- Strong understanding of enterprise system integrations (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, Guidewire, SuccessFactors)
- Knowledge of cloud computing and AI technologies (SaaS, PaaS, LLMs) and emerging industry trends
- Solid understanding of information security, compliance standards, and IT governance
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
- Familiarity with Enterprise Information Management solutions; OpenText experience is an asset

Salary Range: $150,000-$200,000; Depending on the candidate's education, experience, skills, geographical location, and alignment with internal equity and external market, actual salary may vary and be higher or lower than the range posted.
California Residents: The pay range above is a reasonable estimate of salary based on pay scale, candidate experience, skills, and education. In addition to the comprehensive benefits noted above, the role may be eligible for bonus or commissions.
