Who we are looking forWe are looking for a lead software engineer who can contribute to the development, enhancement, and maintenance of Enterprise Investment Performance Calculation Engine and associated Info Delivery components. Candidate will be working on building Cloud based DW solutions for F2B clients in North America Region.
What you will be responsible forAs a Lead Software Engineer, you will
- Provide technical leadership and oversight across architecture, system design, and code quality, including proof of concepts, code reviews and mentoring
- Design, Build & Maintain Scalable Data Pipelines on Azure, DataBricks & Snowflake.
- Extensive working Experience on Performance & Analytics Services.
- Work closely with a global team of engineers/ Operational analysts to provide reliable feature sets for AI/ML models and deliver high-quality data for business intelligence.
- Support implementation/Operations teams with platform accelerators and design patterns.
- Release Engineering automation for code distribution to different client regions/instances
- Optimize the total cost of ownership (Compute & Platform Infrastructure Cost).
- Production/support in overnight COB/SOB processing of Investment accounting/Fund Accounting & Performance data and manage Client Info Delivery.
- Address data issues , environment issues ,performing impact analysis , root cause analysis , corrective, adaptive and perfective maintenance

Education & Preferred Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree level qualification in a computer or IT related subject with 10+ years of Experience
Work Requirement- Hybrid with minimum 4 days in office
- 8:30 AM to 5 PM
Salary Range: $120,000 - $202,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
