Full Job Description

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered.

Overall Purpose: In this role, you will design and lead the co-sell sales programs that empowers our company and partners to win together in customer segments - Enterprise, Mid-Market, Public Sector, and Unmanaged. You will define the strategy, structure, and operational engines that enable seamless collaboration between account teams and partners. By establishing consistent governance, processes, and tooling, you will ensure clarity and predictability across co-sell and partner-led selling motions. You will work cross-functionally to activate sales teams, strengthen partner engagement, and accelerate pipeline creation through aligned opportunity management. Your work will elevate the effectiveness, scale, and impact of our partner ecosystem, driving stronger customer outcomes and shared revenue growth

Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Create, continuously evolve and execute the company’s co-sell/partner-led strategies
  • Influence and support the definition of Partner capacity and capability aligned to segment need
  • Design and drive co-sell activation with segment and channel teams creating segment focused execution
  • Lead alignment across Sales, Partner, Product and Operations teams to support segment focused execution
  • Develop co-sell activation experiences with segment teams that enables smooth partner and seller collaboration
  • Partner with Product and Operations teams to influence tools requirements that support segment selling motions.
  • Guide sales resource development for training, including best practice creation to support co-sell execution
  • Monitor co-sell performance to identify opportunities to improve impact.
  • Foster a culture of partner-first collaboration across account teams.
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to align with business objectives, improve productivity, and achieve sales targets.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes using historical data, market trends, pipeline analysis, booking estimates, and key performance indicators to support the sales organization.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sales data, trends, and performance metrics to generate insightful reports, respond to sales inquiries, and guide decision-making and strategy development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to create strategic sales proposals, facilitate communication, and ensure cohesive execution of sales strategies.
  • Process Improvement and Issue Resolution: Identify inefficiencies in sales processes, recommend and implement improvements, and resolve issues to enhance sales operations and achieve maximum efficiency.

Job Contribution: An experienced professional, recognized as an expert, creatively resolving complex issues with broad and in-depth knowledge. Leads significant projects with strategic autonomy, influencing executive decisions. Mentors less experienced staff, implements long-term plans impacting the organization, and frequently collaborates with senior leadership.
