Overview

Job Purpose

The Lead Enterprise Sales (ES) Relationship Manager (RM) is responsible for proactively managing ongoing relationships for a territory of 2-4 accounts ranging in revenue from 5M to 60M+ annually. The primary role of the Lead ES Relationship Manager is to build trust-based and value-added relationships with these key clients that represent the top firms in the company. An ES Lead Relationship Manager is considered a key strategic point person that can speak on a strategic level with their assigned customers and represent all revenue streams of ICE Data Services. The Lead Relationship Manager will also lead the team by example and be responsible for helping the Director with select tasks like team pipeline management, being a resource for other RMs on the team for deal construction as examples. The Lead RM is measured on revenue retention and growth, in person meetings and leads.

Responsibilities

  • The Lead ES RM will be responsible for all ICE Data Services revenue across all lines of business. They will become proficient across all products and services.

  • Their main responsibility will be to manage and grow existing revenue base and mitigate risk and erosion to assigned base of accounts.

  • The Lead ES RM will work closely with the Global Relationship Manager (GRM) and the Regional Sales Executives (RSE) to further the strategic vision of the account, bring in RSE/GRM to new opportunities that the RM may uncover.

  • Collaborate on large complex renegotiations and take lead on smaller tactical renegotiations.

  • The Lead ES RM will take on a leadership role in the coordination of internal resources to ensure the successful execution of client initiatives and problem resolution. As well as assisting other team members with their experience in deal creation and problem resolution.

Knowledge and Experience

  • Bachelor27s degree is required.

  • Minimum of 7+ years of experience working within the financial services industry.

  • Minimum 7+ years of Relationship Management experience.

Base Salary Range for New York

The expected base salary for this role, iflocatedin New York,is between $120,000 - $160,000. Thebase salary range does not include Intercontinental Exchange27s rewarding and uncapped sales commission incentives. While weprovidethis range as general guidance, at ICE we compensate employees based on the skillset and experience of the individual.Regular full-time ICE employees are eligible for a suite of competitive employee benefits, including healthcare coverage (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan, life insurance, time off, and paid leave for qualifying circumstances.
