Join our team at Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Centeras a Lead RN

Full-time opportunity available

Weekends 7 AM- 3 PM and 3 PM- 11 PM

$38-$50 an hour
Same Day Pay

At Spring Grove Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center, we believe that strong clinical leadership and teamwork are essential to delivering exceptional resident care. Guided by our core values of Passion, Respect, and Excellence, the Lead RN provides hands-on clinical support while serving as a resource and mentor to the nursing team.

Responsibilities for Lead RN:
  • Provide direct nursing care in accordance with physician orders, care plans, and accepted standards of nursing practice.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff, providing guidance and support throughout each shift.
  • Assist with coordinating daily nursing operations to ensure quality resident care and appropriate staffing coverage.
  • Monitor resident conditions, respond to changes in status, and communicate concerns to physicians and nursing leadership.
  • Ensure accurate and timely documentation in accordance with regulatory and facility requirements.
  • Support compliance with infection-prevention, safety, and nursing policies and procedures.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to promote positive resident outcomes.
  • Assist with orienting and training new nursing staff as needed.

Qualifications for Lead RN:
  • Current, active, and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of New Jersey required.
  • Valid BLS Certification (CPR) required.
  • Ability to effectively manage the care of multiple residents simultaneously.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of nursing experience in a healthcare setting required.
  • Previous supervisory experience is not required; leadership training will be provided.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Working knowledge of nursing practices, procedures, and applicable federal and state regulations governing long-term care.
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners.
