Why this role?As a Regional Partner Manager (RPM), you will be the driving force behind Snyk's partner ecosystem in the NY/Tri-State Area, specifically focused on scaling our AI-native security mission. You will own the strategy and performance for strategic partners like WWT and Guidepoint, while leading the charge in bringing our revolutionary agentic orchestration system, EVO by Snyk, to market. You'll join a collaborative team where you will shape how modern organizations build and secure AI applications at scale, directly impacting the way partners adopt AI-powered security workflows.
What You'll Do:- Lead the AI Security Strategy: Develop and incorporate Snyk's DevSecOps and EVO AI-SPM solutions into partner business plans to address the "Shadow AI" problem within the NY/Tri-State territory.
- Drive AI-Native Growth: Work closely with sales leadership to build a robust pipeline for EVO, focusing on key use cases like AI Inventory, Risk Intelligence, and AI Governance.
- Enable Partner Ecosystems: Train partners to articulate the value of agentic orchestration, helping them move customers from "policy on paper" to technical AI enforcement.
- Recruit Security-Focused Partners: Identify and onboard regional security partners in the Tri-State area who specialize in high-growth sectors like Finance and Tech.
- Execute Business Reviews: Lead regular performance reviews with stakeholders, using metrics like AI risk exposure and operational efficiency to demonstrate the ROI of the Snyk platform.
- Shape AI Market Adoption: Influence the way partners and customers adopt secure development practices for AI assets, including models and MCP servers.
What You Bring:- Security Sales Expertise: Proven track record of selling with or through the security channel partner ecosystem (e.g., WWT, Guidepoint, Presidio).
- Must be physically in the New York metro area.
- Channel Mastery: Minimum of 7 or more years of Channel Sales experience with a focus on solution-selling and value-based techniques.
- AI & Security Acumen: Strong understanding of the AppSec market and the unique risks associated with the AI supply chain, such as model serialization and prompt injection.
- Executive Presence: Ability to build rapport with C-suite stakeholders and navigate complex, multi-product/multi-year deal cycles.
- Bias for Action: High-energy personality comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment with up to 25% travel.

Annual Base Salary Range: $115,350 - $144,192
Target Commission Range: $115,350 - $144,192 (at 100% attainment of sales)
