Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or similar field; 3+ years of experience; or a Master's degree with relevant experience.
• Experience in high-tech industries such as semiconductor or aerospace.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships internally and externally as a team player.
• Strong skills in communication, organization, interpersonal relations, problem solving, and analysis.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including MS Project, with desirable experience in Solidworks, DOE methodologies, and FEA modeling.

Responsibilities

• Develop customer inputs into models and prototypes, managing prototype manufacturing and schedules.
• Identify opportunities for intellectual property within New Product Development (NPD) and work with the IP committee.
• Engage with customers for data collection and networking, collaborating across corporate levels.
• Create and track project plans and budgets for large projects, addressing potential issues proactively.
• Drive cross-departmental initiatives to resolve technical and scheduling challenges.
• Communicate project progress and status through various documentation and presentations.
