Project and Program ManagementThe Project and Program Management role is responsible for planning, organizing, and controlling resources, processes to achieve project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a subject matter expert in Project/Program Management, this job utilizes general knowledge of the project/business requirements to manage large projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Organizes project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of a project and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Implements an established project plan and monitors progress and performance against this plan.
- Monitors the status of projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
Educational Requirements- University (Degree) Preferred
Work Experience- 5+ Years Required; 7+ Years Preferred

Required Skills:
- 5+ years managing end-to-end projects with measurable outcomes across scope, schedule, cost, and quality benchmarks.
- Experience in financial services industry
- Skilled at proactively identifying, escalating, and resolving obstacles before they impact delivery timelines or financial targets.
Preferred Skills:
- PMP, Scrum Master, or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies that drive project efficiency and outcomes.

Base Pay Range: $98,500/yr - $139,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
