Full Job Description
The successful candidate will oversee cost, schedule, and performance for engineering and software development efforts while providing leadership to a multidisciplinary team of software, modeling and simulation (M&S), and technical subject matter experts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead program execution with responsibility for cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
  • Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS), resource plans, milestones, and program baselines.
  • Conduct critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, and proactively address program risks and dependencies.
  • Monitor program costs, funding, and performance and prepare monthly status updates.
  • Provide day-to-day leadership, supervision, and resource management for multidisciplinary technical teams.
  • Support recruiting, onboarding, personnel development, and allocation of resources across software, M&S, and technical disciplines.
  • Ensure program execution complies with contract, PWS, CDRL, and Government requirements.
  • Oversee the preparation and on-time delivery of CDRLs, status reports, planning documents, presentations, and technical deliverables.
  • Coordinate with Government CORs, Program Managers, and contracting personnel regarding program status, contract modifications, task order changes, and priorities.
  • Lead program status meetings and reviews, providing clear updates on cost, schedule, technical progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for programmatic matters and maintain strong relationships with Government and corporate stakeholders.
  • Ensure technical plans, estimates, schedules, and deliverables are realistic and aligned with program objectives.

Requirements

  • Active Top Secret security clearance.
  • Demonstrated experience managing personnel, resources, contracts, and complex DoD programs.
  • Bachelor's degree or higher, PMP certification, or significant DoD program management experience.
  • 12+ years of experience managing cost, schedule, and performance for DoD projects, major weapons systems, or major programs preferred.
  • Experience developing and managing integrated schedules and program controls using tools such as MS Project, Primavera, or equivalent.
  • Experience leading and supervising technical teams.
  • Experience working under U.S. Government contracts and coordinating with Government CORs/PMs.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to develop and brief program status reports and presentations.
