The Royal Caribbean Group has an exciting career opportunity for a full-time Lead, Program Management reporting to the Senior Manager, Digital Solutions Decarbonization.

Position Summary

The Lead, Program Management owns the central program management engine for Global Marine Operations' digital portfolio, running the demand intake, portfolio planning, governance, and reporting that keep every digital initiative visible, disciplined, and accountable.

The role serves as the central coordination point for digital investment across a decentralized delivery environment, giving leaders one clear view of priorities, progress, risks, dependencies, and expected business outcomes, and driving the consistency and rigor that make the portfolio manageable at scale.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Portfolio & Program Management
  • Own the digital demand intake and idea evaluation process, from submission through initial assessment.
  • Run portfolio prioritization activities and maintain the initiative backlog.
  • Build and maintain portfolio roadmaps and planning artifacts.
  • Track initiative status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and issues across the portfolio, escalating where needed.
  • Run recurring annual and quarterly planning cycles in partnership with the Senior Manager.

Governance & Reporting
  • Run governance meetings, portfolio reviews, and steering committees, from agenda through follow-through.
  • Build executive reporting materials, dashboards, and performance updates.
  • Own portfolio KPIs and performance metrics, and flag where performance is off track.
  • Drive closure of action items, decisions, and follow-ups coming out of governance forums.
  • Own the program and portfolio management tools and processes used across the digital portfolio.

Value Tracking & Analysis
  • Build business cases and track benefits realization across the portfolio.
  • Own value realization metrics and initiative outcome tracking.
  • Analyze the portfolio to surface trends, risks, and optimization opportunities.
  • Package and track digital capital requests and investment status across the portfolio, giving the Senior Manager what's needed to make funding decisions and build the case with Marine PMO and Group IT/Digital partners.

Portfolio Operations
  • Own the central inventory of digital products, solutions, and initiatives.
  • Lead communication and stakeholder engagement for the portfolio.
  • Run adoption, training, and change management activities as needed.
  • Set and drive adoption of standard project and program management practices across GMO and digital partners.


Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Analytics, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in program management, PMO, portfolio management, business analysis, or related disciplines.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation, digital, or technology initiatives.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and reporting skills.
  • Experience with portfolio management, project management, and visualization tools.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile and traditional project delivery methodologies preferred.
