You will use enterprise delivery tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, and Jira to improve visibility, manage dependencies, support governance, and enable data-driven decisions. This role is ideal for a delivery leader who brings strong program execution, financial discipline, stakeholder influence, and a continuous improvement mindset.

What You’ll Do:

  • Use delivery and governance tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, and Jira to track progress, manage demand, and improve transparency.

  • Partner with sponsors, product, technology, security, compliance, finance, and operations teams to remove barriers and deliver results.

  • Support financial and resource management, including forecasting, budgeting, capacity planning, and ROI tracking.

  • Drive portfolio governance, prioritization, investment planning, and decision-making using metrics, analytics, and business value.

  • Identify and manage delivery, security, compliance, and operational risks in a healthcare or regulated environment.

  • Promote accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and disciplined execution across project and program teams.

Basic Requirements:

  • Typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience (i.e. progressive experience in IT project management, program management, portfolio delivery, or enterprise technology delivery).

  • Experience leading large, complex programs or portfolios with cross-functional business and technology stakeholders.

  • Experience managing scope, schedule, cost, quality, risks, issues, dependencies, and executive reporting.

  • Experience using enterprise delivery or work management tools such as Planview, ServiceNow, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.

  • Experience with financial management activities such as budgeting, forecasting, resource planning, cost tracking, or business case support.

  • Experience working in Agile, hybrid, or enterprise delivery governance environments.

  • Bachelor’s degree (in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field) or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare, life sciences, financial services, or another regulated enterprise environment.

  • Experience with portfolio governance, demand management, investment prioritization, and ROI tracking.

  • Knowledge of security, compliance, audit, privacy, or risk management practices related to technology delivery.

  • Experience influencing senior leaders and communicating complex delivery, financial, and risk information clearly.

  • PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, SAFe, Scrum, ITIL, or related certification.

  • Experience improving delivery processes through automation, analytics, dashboards, or predictive insights.

  • Strong collaboration, change leadership, enterprise systems thinking, and data-driven decision-making skills.

Travel, work environment and physical requirements:

  • Work model may be remote, hybrid, or office-based depending on business and team needs.
