Job DescriptionResponsibilitiesJob Summary:The Lead Program Coordinator oversees the operational functioning of the Markham Prenatal & Newborn Educators Inc education programs across North America. This role conducts instructor onboarding, training, and performance reviews, while serving as the primary liaison between hospitals, instructors, and internal teams reporting to the Partnerships and Corporate Accounts Manager. The Lead Program Coordinator ensures course content aligns with current medical standards, manages payroll for staff, and drives program expansion and quality improvement initiatives.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities- Lead onboarding, training, and performance reviews for all education instructors for our education programs.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for instructor concerns and patient feedback.
- Sign off on payroll instructors and administrative staff. Liaison with hospitals to ensure prenatal course content reflects their current medical standards.
- Develop and present customized prenatal education materials for hospital partners and new business opportunities.
- Compile and present partner data metrics to internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft and distribute weekly prenatal program updates to internal teams.
- Facilitate structured bi-weekly Microsoft Teams meetings to review progress, share updates, and align on priorities.
- Maintain an up-to-date executive report on program performance and strategic initiatives.
- Implement expansion of course offerings under the Markham Prenatal banner.
- Collaborate with internal leadership and external stakeholders to build strong, lasting partnerships.
- Promote continuous quality improvement and patient safety across all programs.
- Build a testimonial initiative to support the onboarding of new partners.
Travel: 2-5 day trips per month

Experience:- 2-3 years in a life science/biotechnology/Med Dev environment
- 3-5 years in healthcare, or other related industry
- Standard Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills (verbal and written)
Education:- Minimum BA or BSc. in a scientific or business discipline, or an appropriate combination of education and experience.

For U.S. locations that require disclosure of compensation, the starting base pay for this role is between $75,000-100,000 CAD. The actual base pay includes many factors, and is subject to change and modification in the future. This position may also be eligible for other types of compensation and benefits.
