Overall Purpose: Design, develop, and implement launch strategies and marketing programs to effectively position products and services within the AT&T portfolio, drive customer engagement, support sales growth, and ensure marketing strategies resonate at the local level through market-specific insights, customer behavior, and regional opportunities.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Conduct and Analyze Market and Customer Research: Lead comprehensive studies to evaluate market share, customer behaviors, competitive landscapes, and the effectiveness of marketing and sales programs. Leverage data, analytics, and localized market insights to identify opportunities, assess new initiatives, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Develop and Present Strategic Insights: Create detailed reports and executive-ready presentations that translate research findings into actionable business recommendations. Communicate customer, market, and DMA-specific insights to marketing leadership and cross-functional stakeholders to support informed decision-making.
- Drive National-to-Local Marketing Strategies: Partner with marketing, product, and go-to-market teams to develop and refine marketing programs that align national business objectives with local market needs. Utilize customer segmentation, geographic insights, and market intelligence to create more relevant and impactful customer experiences.
- Consult on Marketing and Growth Opportunities: Serve as a strategic advisor across marketing functions to identify growth opportunities, optimize marketing effectiveness, and improve the use of customer and market intelligence. Provide expertise on localization strategies, customer engagement approaches, and evolving market trends.
- Support Strategic Planning and Innovation: Continuously monitor market conditions, customer trends, competitive activity, and emerging opportunities. Conduct customer segmentation, journey mapping, and localized market analyses to support long-term marketing strategies, business planning, and organizational priorities.
