About this role:

The Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Chief Product Office is seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product change and support the strategy and delivery of Financial Advisor Compensation capabilities across WIM. The Advisory Platform is a high visibility advisor facing product group with direct impact on the consistency and quality of the wealth management experience, requiring strong and consistent product ownership across multiple teams. This role will help translate business strategy, regulatory requirements, and advisor needs into clear product outcomes, executable roadmaps, and scalable solutions. 

As a Lead Product Manager, you will partner with Product leadership and cross-functional teams to advance the Financial Advisor Compensation roadmap, strengthen reporting and transparency, and support compensation tools across advisor channels. You will help align business priorities, technology delivery, risk requirements, and financial commitments while maintaining a strong focus on accuracy, control effectiveness, and advisor experience. 

This role requires strong product management discipline, financial and analytical acumen, and the ability to influence across Human Resources, Finance, Field Leadership, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations. The successful candidate will operate effectively in a complex, regulated environment and help drive modernization, simplification, and measurable business outcomes. 

In this role, you will:

  • Support the end-to-end Financial Advisor Compensation product strategy and multi-year roadmap, aligned with WIM business objectives, advisor needs, financial commitments, and regulatory requirements.
  • Translate compensation strategy and business needs into clear product outcomes, requirements, roadmap priorities, and delivery plans.
  • Lead complex product initiatives and enhancements spanning compensation capabilities, reporting, transparency, and supporting tools across advisor channels.
  • Partner with Product leadership, Human Resources, Finance, Field Leadership, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Operations to coordinate priorities, dependencies, and execution.
  • Conduct market, business, and data analysis to identify opportunities, evaluate product performance, and inform product recommendations and investment decisions.
  • Identify opportunities to responsibly apply AI and automation to simplify compensation processes, improve decision support, strengthen data insights, and reduce manual effort.
  • Partner with Technology, Data, Risk, and Control teams to evaluate and implement AI-enabled capabilities that improve efficiency, accuracy, transparency, and scalability.
  • Review and analyze complex product capabilities and services, balancing advisor impact, financial accuracy, scalability, operational needs, and control effectiveness.
  • Manage product backlogs, requirements, milestones, risks, and dependencies to help ensure timely delivery and readiness for field adoption.
  • Support risk management and control activities by embedding governance, compliance, auditability, and regulatory requirements into product design and delivery, including the responsible use of AI-enabled capabilities.
  • Drive opportunities to modernize and simplify compensation processes, using AI, automation, and data-driven insights where appropriate to reduce manual work, improve transparency, and enable scalable growth.
  • Help integrate AI-enabled solutions into existing workflows, including adoption planning, performance measurement, and ongoing evaluation of business value.
  • Use key business and advisor metrics to measure product performance, identify gaps, and recommend enhancements.
  • Resolve complex product and delivery issues in partnership with managers, stakeholders, scrum masters, project managers, and delivery teams.
  • Lead projects or workstreams and provide guidance or mentorship to less experienced product team members.
  • Prepare clear executive updates, recommendations, and decision materials related to product strategy, delivery progress, risks, tradeoffs, and AI-enabled modernization opportunities.


Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of Product Management, product development, strategic planning, process management, change delivery experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting complex product strategies, roadmaps, and technology-enabled change in a regulated financial services environment. 
  • Knowledge of financial advisor compensation, incentive programs, advisor channels, or related wealth management products and processes. 
  • Strong financial, analytical, and data-driven decision-making skills, with the ability to translate analysis into clear product recommendations. 
  • Experience partnering across Product, Human Resources, Finance, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Legal, Operations, and business leadership. 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple initiatives, priorities, and dependencies while maintaining execution rigor and high-quality outcomes. 
  • Strong understanding of risk management, governance, controls, and regulatory expectations within banking or financial services. 
  • Experience with agile product delivery and tools such as Jira, Confluence, Story Weaver, Octane, or similar platforms. 
  • Ability to work effectively in ambiguous and complex environments and translate incomplete information into clear, measurable, and actionable plans. 
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to influence and present to senior leaders and technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Demonstrated leadership, collaboration, and mentoring skills. 


Job Expectations:

  • Ability to travel up to 10%.

Pay Range


Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to demonstrated examples of prior performance, skills, experience, or work location. Employees may also be eligible for incentive opportunities. $119,000.00 - $206,000.00
