Key Responsibilities:
Lead model governance and validation readiness activities across the AI/ML model lifecycle.
Coordinate model documentation, evidence collection, validation support, and findings remediation.
Partner with Data Scientists, Validators, Risk, Compliance, and Technology teams to meet governance and regulatory requirements.
Ensure models are audit, MRM, and production ready, including monitoring, testing, and explainability requirements.
Basic Qualifications:
4+ years of experience supporting AI/ML model development, model governance, or model risk management.
Knowledge of model validation processes, governance frameworks, and regulatory requirements.
Strong stakeholder management, project coordination, and Agile delivery experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Conversational AI, Generative AI, virtual assistants, or digital platform technologies.
Understanding of AI governance, explainability, bias testing, and model monitoring practices.
Experience preparing models for validation, audit, or regulatory review.
Financial services or other highly regulated industry experience.
