Reporting directly to the VP of Product, you will lead the strategy and development of customer-facing web and mobile applications. You'll collaborate with multiple stakeholders and teams across the company, to ensure our solutions meet the needs of our clients and users.
Key Responsibilities- Own an end-to-end product line, including vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes; be accountable for line-level KPIs (adoption, retention, revenue/margin) and cross-functional execution.
- Lead the product development process from concept to launch, including feature planning, user story creation, and testing
- Define and prioritize product features and releases based on customer needs and business objectives
- Partner with UX/UI designers and conduct user interviews to ensure the product delivers an intuitive and user-friendly experience
- Conduct thorough market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and drive product development
- Monitor product performance post-launch and continuously make data-driven improvements
- Keep up to date with industry trends and technological advancements to ensure Sensi's solutions stay at the forefront of the in-home care industry
- Collaborate with R&D, Marketing, Operations, CS, and other teams to ensure we are meeting the business needs
Requirements- Bachelor's or higher degree, a technical or scientific discipline is an advantage
- SaaS Product Management Expert: Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management for SaaS B2B products and 2 years leading a team. Proven success in leading end-to-end product management, including gathering requirements, developing features, launching, and managing large-scale web and mobile applications. Skilled at leveraging technical expertise to align product strategies with both user and business needs. An experience in AI-powered products and Ability to translate complex data insights into actionable product features is an advantage
