Responsibilities
Responsibilities Own and optimize global brand advertising user journey strategy, including long-term vision and product roadmap, with a focus on delivery efficiency, ad performance and revenue growth. Design and continuously improve internal sales tools that support brand ad opportunity discovery, management, and tracking, thereby boosting sales efficiency and increasing brand ad revenue. Collaborate with global product marketing and sales teams to deeply understand the advertising ecosystem, uncover advertiser needs, and craft tailored brand advertising solutions. Conduct user research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to shape short- and long-term product strategies that improve product performance and scale adoption and revenue. Partner with data engineering to build and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics that monitor ad product performance, generate insights, and identify new opportunities. Mentor junior level team members.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Advertising or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Management, Analytics, Marketing, Marketing Intelligence, Advertising or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following: Developing product strategy and roadmap to support product growth and scalability; Product marketing and operations, product management, or product strategy in the digital advertising industry; Defining product value or creating pricing logic and hierarchy; Building business cases from market research to analysis; Developing marketing messages for different audiences; and Building go-to-market plans and content to drive product adoption. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $241925 - $374000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
