Responsibilities
Responsibilities Lead the full product development and deployment lifecycle to develop and refine traffic control mechanisms and enhance ads integrity, ensuring that users are protected from harmful or low-quality advertisements. Identify business opportunities, collect business requirements, define project scope and key milestones, and write functional and technical specifications to drive design and development discussions with leadership. Analyze user feedback data, case studies, and performance metrics to improve ad integrity policies and enforcement mechanisms. Drive continuous product innovation, improvement, and optimization by leveraging data insights from advertiser behavior, enforcement trends, and content quality evaluations. Lead the implementation of enforcement tools and frameworks, ensuring scalability and efficiency in ad integrity operations. Align with global Business Integrity teams to support consistency in policy enforcement and risk mitigation strategies across different markets. Prepare and deliver detailed project status information to stakeholders, driving alignment and attention to timelines, risks, obstacles, needs, restrictions, and budget. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Policy, Legal, Operations, Data Science, and Engineering to develop and deploy data-driven solutions that enhance advertising compliance, user experience and platform integrity. Mentor junior- and mid-level team members.
Qualification
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Data Science, Physics, Mathematics, Information Technology, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field, and 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 3 years of experience in each of the following: Conducting user research, competitor analysis, or market science analysis, including interviewing customers, gathering survey questionnaires, and designing UX surveys, to validate and analyze customers' and users' needs; Designing A/B tests to run experiments and designing business value metrics to track feature performance; Product management, including coordinating cross-functional teams for product and growth strategy, competitive positioning, RoI estimate, and revenue generation; Utilizing Product Opportunity Evaluation Matrix and Customer Journey Map to analyze customer requirements; and Designing, maintaining, and managing product roadmaps across stakeholders, including defining KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) and/or success metrics using OKRs (Objectives and Key Results). The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $388918 - $396000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
