Your role:

As the Lead Product Manager - Agentic Marketing and Responsible AI, you will develop core marketing capabilities, agents, and skills along with defining the next generation of our trusted AI platform capabilities. You will own and drive the overall strategy, including areas of Responsible AI, Product Privacy, and developing agentic marketing capabilities.

Treasure AI ICDP unifies customer data from disparate sources to deliver a holistic view of the customer enabling insights and actions with the objective of optimizing personalized customer journeys. Treasure AI has differentiated technologies to ingest and unify customer data, perform machine learning on customer data, and syndicate with other software products for activation, all the while adhering to complex security and privacy requirements of large enterprises. Numerous global customers trust Treasure AI to handle their complexity, scale, and security needs.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of a portfolio of our Agentic Marketing and full portfolio of Responsible AI feature sets. Interact with internal stakeholders, security experts, customers, and prospects to develop a deep understanding of market needs around security administrative features. Partner closely with engineers, architects, and subject matter experts to develop these capabilities in a sustainable manner.
  • Apply a working knowledge of global data privacy, information security regulations, and Responsible AI policies to articulate customer/control impact and drive alignment across teams to deliver measurable outcomes and improvements.
  • Lead projects to implement standards, tools, and processes supporting privacy and AI data governance across the Treasure AI ICDP.
  • Drive marketing agent and skill development across a number of use cases, built on our Treasure AI Studio for Marketing Automation and Orchestration.
  • Interact with customers/prospects to develop a deep understanding of their problems and requirements and synthesize requirements to define compelling product capabilities with technical teams.
  • Use AI-powered research, analytics, and knowledge tools (e.g., Gemini, ChatGPT, and AI copilots) to synthesize regulatory changes, customer feedback, and internal telemetry into clear problem statements and prioritized opportunities for trust, security, and privacy features.
  • Leverage AI tooling (e.g., Claude Code, Codex, Kiro)) to support requirements drafting, threat/abuse scenario exploration, and impact analysis (e.g., generating and refining PRDs, user stories, and control catalogs), while ensuring all outputs are reviewed through a rigorous security and privacy lens.
  • Assess and communicate AI-specific risks (e.g., authentication, privilege elevations, data leakage, access model abuse, privacy concerns in LLM/RAG scenarios) and to incorporate mitigations and guardrails into product requirements, roadmaps, and customer communications.


Job Requirements:
  • 8+ years of product management experience focusing on AI/ML, Agentic AI, Responsible AI, or equivalent experience with a complex technical product with deep security, trust, privacy, and governance requirements
  • Good understanding of enterprise security and data governance architectures
  • Good understanding of privacy regulation (e.g. CCPA, GDPR)
  • Prior experience in building and launching enterprise-grade SaaS products
  • Proven track record of setting a product vision, translating vision into a product roadmap, and end-to-end execution of shipping products.
  • Skilled communicator who is just as comfortable having technical discussions with engineering as well as discussing concepts with a diverse customer audience, including C-level executives, product, and technical stakeholders
  • Excellent ability to empathize and communicate with people with different points of view
  • Ability to collaborate and lead across highly cross-functional teams
  • An analytical mindset that makes data-driven decisions and can easily calculate ROI.
  • Familiarity with AI risk frameworks including but not limited to EU AI ACT, NIST AI RMF, and OWASP Top 10 for LLM etc.
  • Experience using AI-powered tools (such as Treasure Work, analytics/product copilots, or compliance research assistants) to accelerate discovery, analysis, and documentation in security, privacy, and data governance domains.
  • Ability to assess AI-specific risks (e.g., authentication, privilege elevations, data leakage, access model abuse, privacy concerns in LLM/RAG scenarios) and to incorporate mitigations and guardrails into product requirements, roadmaps, and customer communications.

Physical Requirements:

Working out of the Mountain View, California office according to our "Global Hybrid Working Policy."
