This role requires you to be in-person 2-3 days a week. You'll be a great fit if you have • Proven experience as a lead, senior, or only product designer in B2B enterprise SaaS startups • A demonstrated history designing niche and/or technically complex products. You bring the same clarity to the product experience, thoughtfully guiding users through complex workflows in ways that feel intuitive, elegant, and delightful. • A fast, organized, AI-native way of working. You move quickly without dropping things, and you use AI tools daily to speed up every step of the product design process without sacrificing quality. • A high bar for craft. You push beyond "does it work?" to "does it feel right?" and you carry that standard through every detail, from individual pixels to how each piece fits into the product as a whole. What we'll bring • Competitive compensation package in a high-growth company • Comprehensive health benefits • 4 weeks PTO To apply for this role 1. "Re: Signal 1 Lead Product Designer Position" as the subject line 2. Your resume 3. A walkthrough of a project where you designed an experience for a complex workflow or tackled a hard design problem. Include context on why you chose this as an example, the key design decisions you made, and how you knew it worked. Please show the work if possible. (Format of this walkthrough is up to you.) Research shows women and people of color are less likely to apply to a role unless they meet every qualification listed. If you're excited about this role and think you'd be great at it, we'd rather you apply and let us make that call together.
