Full Job Description
Lead Product Designer

You will:
Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, explore constraints, rapidly ideate, and deliver thoughtful user-centered solutions.
Distill insights from customer conversations, metrics, and research, synthesizing them into actionable improvements that balance user needs and business goals.
Lead the end-to-end design process for product features: from user research and concept exploration to wireframes, high-fidelity prototypes, and final UI.
Leverage generative AI tools (e.g., Figma AI, Midjourney, Galileo AI, Claude, GPT) to rapidly ideate, generate design variations, and create high-fidelity mockups.
Create and test effective prompts and prompt-chaining strategies to achieve desired design and functional outcomes.
Manage the product backlog, prioritize features, and ensure the on-time delivery of high-quality releases.
Contribute to the evolution of our design system by designing scalable components and advancing shared guidelines, frameworks, and reusable patterns.
Communicate user-centered solutions to leadership through clear storytelling that aligns stakeholders and informs decisions.

About you:

Bachelor+ 5 yrs of experience or Masters+ 3 yrs of experience in Human-Computer Interaction, Product Design, Web Design, Graphic Design, Architecture, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field.
An online portfolio showcasing design artifacts, processes, strong design acumen, and clear storytelling. Candidates without a portfolio will not be considered.
Experience owning design work for complex B2B, advertising technology, data-intensive, or workflow-based products.
Proficiency in UX design and user research with experience using tools such as Figma, Fullstory, Pendo, or Miro. Experience with AI tools (Figma Make, NotebookLM, Cursor, Claude Tools) is a plus.
Strong technical fluency, including understanding how data is ingested, structured, filtered, queried, and processed, and the ability to design for products involving APIs, SQL, segmentation logic, and AI-assisted workflows.
Ability to clearly communicate design rationale and consistently deliver work of high craft and quality, maintaining consistency even with limited guidance.
