As a Guide Procurement Buyer here at Honeywell, you will play a key role in driving our organization's procurement and purchasing activities. This position plays a critical part in ensuring the efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and strategic alignment within the procurement function. Your role adds immense value to our company by orchestrating and optimizing the procurement function, guiding to enhanced operational efficiency, substantial cost savings, and fortifying its position in the performance-driven business landscape.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the purchasing process, from identifying procurement needs to supplier selection, negotiations, and contract management, ensuring purchases are made efficiently and in accordance with guidelines
  • Participate in identifying and evaluating potential suppliers, conducting due diligence, and negotiating terms
  • Monitor and control purchasing costs, seek costsaving opportunities, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize resource allocation
  • Foster relationships with suppliers, address concerns, resolve issues, and collaborate on improvements
  • Ensure purchasing activities adhere to regulations, compliance standards, and internal policies
  • Contribute to quality control standards, conduct inspections, and performance assessments
  • Support procurement budget management, allocate resources efficiently, and seek costeffective solutions
  • Implement sourcing strategies, identify opportunities for supplier diversity, sustainability, and innovation
  • Leverage technology solutions to enhance purchasing processes, monitoring, and reporting

Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate must be a U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have asylum or refugee status in the U.S.

The annual base salary range for this position is $100K - $125K. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
