This role will lead high-impact, cross-organizational programs supporting strategic customers and business priorities. The ideal candidate brings strong program leadership, business judgment, executive communication, and the ability to create alignment and drive results across complex organizations.

Responsibilities

  • Lead complex, high-impact programs spanning multiple teams and organizations, establishing strategy, priorities, milestones, dependencies, and execution plans.
  • Partner with senior leaders, customers, and key stakeholders to align priorities, resolve competing requirements, and drive shared outcomes.
  • Translate strategic objectives into actionable plans and ensure teams remain aligned through execution and delivery.
  • Identify and proactively manage program risks, dependencies, resource needs, and organizational blockers.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, providing clear recommendations, tradeoffs, and insights to support decision-making.
  • Establish program governance, success measures, and executive communications that provide clear visibility into progress, risks, decisions, and required actions.
  • Use business and operational data to identify opportunities, improve outcomes, and inform priorities and investments.
  • Drive cross-functional change and continuous improvement across processes, workflows, and operating models.
  • Lead through influence, building alignment and accountability across teams without direct authority.
  • Mentor program teams and promote strong program management practices across the organization.


Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Operations, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
  • Extensive experience leading large-scale, cross-functional programs in complex organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop strategy and translate business objectives into executable plans and measurable outcomes.
  • Exceptional executive communication, stakeholder management, negotiation, and influence skills.
  • Strong business judgment and analytical skills, including experience using data and metrics to guide decisions.
  • Experience managing program investments, budgets, resource planning, or forecasts.
  • Demonstrated success navigating ambiguity, competing priorities, and complex organizational dependencies.
  • Track record of driving organizational change, process improvement, and operational efficiency.
  • Experience working with enterprise customers and senior executives is highly desirable.
  • Ability to establish direction, create alignment, and mobilize teams toward shared outcomes without direct authority.

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $114,600 to $234,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

10. Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
