Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Lead PeopleSoft Developer to provide design, development, maintenance, and system support for PeopleSoft Financials applications. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PeopleSoft development tools and the ability to architect scalable technical solutions for complex business requirements.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect and design supportable technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Design and develop customizations for PeopleSoft Financials applications.
• Develop project solutions and production enhancements using PeopleSoft development tools.
• Work with Application Designer, Application Engine, PeopleCode, Application Packages, and Integration Broker.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing PeopleSoft customizations.
• Support and maintain existing application functionality.
• Troubleshoot and debug application and technical issues.
• Perform root cause analysis and identify appropriate corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business and technical teams to understand requirements and implement effective solutions.
• Follow development standards and best practices to ensure maintainable and reliable solutions.

Required Qualifications
• Strong experience with PeopleSoft Financials application development and support.
• Hands-on experience with PeopleSoft Application Designer.
• Strong experience with Application Engine and PeopleCode.
• Experience developing and maintaining Application Packages.
• Experience with PeopleSoft Integration Broker.
• Strong experience designing and developing PeopleSoft customizations and production enhancements.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root cause analysis skills.
• Ability to design technical solutions for complex business requirements.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
