Responsibilities
Leads interventions for organizational, team, and individual performance and effectiveness using action research, experiential learning, and behavioral science techniques. This position aims to align people, processes, and systems to drive sustainable organizational growth and change and focuses on areas such as talent development, performance coaching and consulting, organizational design and effectiveness, employee engagement, employee retention, employee experience, HR systems and processes, and change management system-wide. Consults with senior leaders to solve for the needs of the system through design and delivery of OD programs, processes, and initiatives. Responsible for exhibiting a high degree of influence without authority and serves as people leader to OD Consultant(s).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree at an accredited college or university
5-7 years of relevant experience including managing people and large scale projects
Experience designing, implementing, measuring and reporting organizational development interventions
A professional presence with polished and well-developed facilitation, written and oral communication skills
Experience facilitating, coaching and mentoring teams specifically to drive consensus, brainstorm and/or to gather data for projects
Understanding of change management, agile principles and design thinking
Strong planning, problem solving, organizational and analysis skills; comfort sharing insight and perspective with all levels of the organization.
Designing assessment instruments
Strong software skills (e.g. Advanced PowerPoint, databases, Advanced Excel, etc.).
Ability to travel to various Northside Hospital locations on a regular basis.
PREFERRED:
5-7 years of external consulting experience
Advanced degree (MS, MBA, Ed. D., Ph. D) in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Learning and Organizational Change, Psychology, Business, Economics, Human Resources, Sociology, or any other major with significant qualitative and quantitative coursework
Work Hours:8:30 AM - 4:30 PM
