Full Job Description
A down-to-earth, growing lumber provider is seeking skilled Millwrights for their Lead Hand position serving the Kettle Falls/Arden area of Washington state. This Shop Foreman must work alongside and manage a team of close-knit team of professionals in one of the world's best hunting and fishing spots on the West Coast.

Compensation

$37.00 - $42.00/hour to start.

Schedule

Day Shift, Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm; with Rotations provided to those outside of the area.

Requirements

  • Manage and guide the team to maintain equipment properly
  • Installing, maintaining, and repairing mechanical and electrical systems and equipment in industrial settings
  • Knowledgeable with Lumber machinery, systems and equipment from USNR, Valutec, Söderhamn Eriksson, Linck Holzverarbeitungstechnik, Springer, Veisto, Comact, Microtec, Salem Equipment, Morbark, etc.
  • Read, Follow and Reference blueprints, schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Maintain Switchgear, Transformers, Motors, Generators and Control Systems
  • Adept with up to 480V, as well as single and three phase systems
  • Maintain workplace safety standards: adhering to maintenance codes and regulations
  • Maintain accurate records as well as clear and collaborative communication
