Job Details
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of mechanical technicians
• Assign and prioritize daily work to ensure productivity, quality, and timely completion
• Enforce safety policies, procedures, and safe work practices
• Oversee maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of rotating and static equipment (e.g., pumps, compressors, valves, piping, heat exchangers)
• Ensure all work is executed in accordance with company standards, procedures, and OEM specifications
• Provide hands-on support for complex or critical repairs as needed
• Coordinate with planners, schedulers, and operations teams to support effective work execution
• Support and drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs
• Ensure proper job scoping, material availability, and tool readiness prior to execution
• Maintain compliance with OSHA, PSM, and site-specific safety requirements
• Lead job safety reviews (JSAs), ensure permit compliance, and oversee LOTO execution
• Support performance evaluations, training plans, and ongoing skill development
