Full Job Description
Responsibilities of the Lead Master Electrician include, but are not limited to:
• Travel to customer sites across the U.S. to troubleshoot and repair electrical issues on skids, rotating equipment (including pumps), and industrial systems
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to controls, circuits, motor systems, and plant equipment, including pump and rotating equipment applications
• Lead and oversee electricians and subcontractors, ensuring work is completed safely and meets quality standards
• Assist with BOM creation and review of electrical equipment/components
• Assist with conduit layouts and routing
• Assist with powering up and testing of equipment during FAT
• Review, inspect, and validate electrical work performed in the field
• Provide technical guidance and support to internal teams and field personnel, particularly related to pump systems and rotating equipment
• Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company procedures
• Document troubleshooting efforts, repairs, and field activity
Qualifications of the Lead Master Electrician include, but are not limited to:
• 10+ years of experience troubleshooting industrial controls, circuits, and plant equipment, including rotating equipment and pump systems
• 5+ years of experience leading or supervising electricians and subcontractors
• Experience with Emerson Rosemount transmitters a plus
• Experience working with motors, drives, and pump-related electrical systems preferred
• Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Willingness and ability to travel
• Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record in accordance with company guidelines

Additional Information:
Physical Demand: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Working Conditions: Field based, and industrial fabrication facility
Travel: Up to 20% of travel
Shift Time: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Education: High School Diploma or GED
