Position Title:
Lead Marketing Campaign Manager

Salary Range:
Lead Marketing Campaign Manager (Grade 15, Exempt). Annual salary range: $86,560 - $108,200. This range reflects the minimum to midpoint of the grade. Salary may exceed the midpoint and will commensurate with experience.

Job Description Summary:
The Lead Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth across various channels and multiple business units. This role contributes to campaign production by building emails and automated workflows, creating social media content, and coordinating digital advertising efforts. Responsibilities include production, measurement of all campaigns, and using results to steer future strategy and aid business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
  • Manage specific segments of the organization's channel marketing plan by developing channel specific marketing strategies, recommending campaign approaches, and implementing integrated marketing programs and campaigns for distinct channels.
  • Coordinate activities of subcontractors and agency partners and act as their primary point of contact while working within an established contract to deliver successful advertising, promotion, and other marketing campaigns.
  • Execute several aspects of digital marketing operations, such as planning digital marketing campaigns, creating concepts and contents, setting audiences and value propositions, and integrating digital channels.
  • Conduct research using primary data sources, and select information needed for the analysis of key themes and trends.
  • Prepare and coordinate the completion of various data and analytics reports.
  • Draft website landing pages for review by more senior colleagues in order to meet user needs, industry standards, and/or project goals.
  • Support the marketing channels and customer touchpoints analysis by performing various data, research, and benchmarking techniques.
  • Lead implementation and performance of techniques, such as voice of the customer initiatives, journey mapping, and qualitative touchpoint analysis, to identify customer pain points, challenges, and hurdles; advise on approaches to eliminate negative experiences and enhance customer interactions.
  • Review existing operations in own area of work and implement innovation processes to generate new ideas and ensure continuous improvements are delivered.
  • Build collaborative relationships focusing on building internal and external networks that facilitate collaboration and partnerships across the value chain.
  • Coordinate and present news segments or programs of limited complexity to ensure clarity and engagement.
  • Develop and/or deliver budget plans with guidance from senior colleagues.
  • Develop own capabilities by participating in assessment and development planning activities as well as formal and informal training and coaching; gain or maintain external professional accreditation, where relevant, to improve performance and fulfill personal potential. Maintain an understanding of relevant technology, external regulation, and industry best practices through ongoing education, attending conferences, and reading specialist media.
  • Provide instruction and informal advice to less experienced colleagues within the team to develop their skills.

Additional Job Description:
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, public relations, communications, or related field OR a combination of post-secondary training, professional education, and related experience equivalent to four (4) years.
  • Seven (7) years of demonstrated experience in marketing campaign management, digital marketing, or related roles; of which the total years of experience include:
  • Three (3) years experience in developing and delivering presentations
  • Basic experience of coordinating the work of others (4 to 6 months)


Location:
  • This is a remote position, and is subject to Sourcewell's telecommuting policies and procedures.
  • On occasion, may be asked to travel to Staples, MN for meetings, professional development or team activities. Up to two to three (2-3) times per year. Notice will be given ahead of time.
