Roles and Responsibilities- Define, document, and control production processes, including tooling and equipment.
- Lead improvement projects focused on Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost.
- Own and drive output performance for assigned lean line(s).
- Apply best practices and serve as a coach and resource to other Manufacturing Engineers.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement process improvements to enhance manufacturing performance.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in manufacturing.
Desired Characteristics- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve problems.
- Experience with LEAN manufacturing principles.
- Experience in CNC machining and programming.
- Strong project management skills.
- Experience with milling, grinding, and EDM machining

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $91,700.00 and $152,700.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
