TheITM&ALead Enterprise Applicationsrole is responsible for driving large, complex initiatives tied to mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. This leader partners closely with senior stakeholders, oversees crossdomain execution, manages risk, and ensures successful delivery of strategic outcomes while strengthening overall project delivery maturity.

What Youll Do

Lead end0to0 delivery of large, complexenterprise applicationsM&A programs and other critical initiatives

Define program scope, objectives, milestones, and success measures aligned to enterprise priorities

Coordinate planning and execution acrossenterprise applicationsdomainsERP, Finance, HRIS and Workplace Servicestechnologies

Identify, track, and resolve program0level risks, issues, and dependencies, escalating as needed

Establish and maintain governance structures, including executive0level reporting and communications

Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to drive alignment and informed decision0making

Oversee Day 1 readiness, Day 2 transition activities, and TSA execution where applicable

Mentor and guide project managers, reinforcing delivery best practices and consistent methodologies

Drive continuous improvement in project execution, tools, and delivery standards

Ensure compliance with enterprise delivery frameworks and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)

Minimum Requirements: Degree or equivalent and typically requires 10+ years of relevant experience. Less years required if has relevant Masters or Doctorate qualifications

Critical Skills

10+ years of experience leading IT projects or programsin the Enterprise Applications space

Proven experience delivering complex, large0scale initiatives in enterprise environments

Demonstrated experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or major transformations

Strong working knowledge across coreEnterprise Applicationsdomains

Hands0on experience applying Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery approaches

Additional Qualifications

Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders

Experience leading high0visibility, cross0functional programs

Track record of mentoring and developing project managers

Sound judgment and decision0making in complex or ambiguous situations

Experience using enterprise project and delivery tools (e.g., Planview, Jira)

PMP, or equivalent preferred

Agile certifications (Scrum Master, PMICP, SAFe) a plus
