Job Summary
Lead Infor LN Functional Solution Architect responsible for leading ERP transformation and migration initiatives with a primary focus on Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing process transformation. The role is primarily business-facing and requires the ability to engage with Finance leadership, Supply Chain leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive process improvements, solution design, standardization, and ERP modernization. The ideal candidate combines deep Infor LN functional expertise with sufficient technical knowledge to guide migration, integration, data, and reporting teams.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead business discovery and Fit-Gap workshops with business and executive stakeholders.
• Define future-state Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing processes.
• Advise business stakeholders on ERP transformation strategies, process improvements, and standardization.
• Design functional solutions across General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, Cost Accounting, Inventory Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing Operations, Order-to-Cash, and Procure-to-Pay.
• Facilitate executive workshops and business decision-making sessions.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customer leadership teams throughout ERP transformation initiatives.
• Guide ERP migration strategy and execution.
• Oversee data migration, validation, testing, cutover, and hypercare activities.
• Provide architectural direction for integrations and reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams on ETL, APIs, Infor ION, data governance, and related integration activities.
• Provide technical guidance to integration and migration teams while maintaining a primarily functional focus.
• Support integration between multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Drive business process re-engineering and ensure alignment between business requirements and ERP capabilities.

Required Qualifications
• Deep expertise in Infor LN Finance and Supply Chain modules.
• Experience with multiple end-to-end Infor LN implementations.
• Experience migrating from Dynamics AX, SAP, Oracle, or legacy ERP systems to Infor LN.
• Strong Finance domain knowledge, including Chart of Accounts, Legal Entities, Cost Centers, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Cash Management.
• Strong expertise in Business Process Re-engineering and Fit-Gap Analysis.
• Experience with integrations between multiple ERP systems and enterprise applications.
• Strong executive stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
• Strong communication, consulting, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to lead ERP transformation discussions, challenge existing processes, and drive business outcomes.
• Ability to provide functional leadership while guiding technical teams responsible for migration and integration activities.
